A Morning with ACE Leadership Charter High School Leads to Internship Opportunities for Anderson!

Megan and Kate had a wonderful visit this morning to the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Leadership Charter High School (ACE). We met with the executive staff, faculty, and students to learn more about the innovative program, which serves Albuquerque high school students who were not  flourishing in a traditional high school environment. The exciting curriculum at ACE centers on project-based learning, where students take real-world applications of the arts, sciences, and humanities and cultivate their skills completing projects. They've partnered with major industries in Albuquerque to accomplish their goals.

The team at ACE is passionate and devoted to the cause of providing quality education and empowerment to all students regardless of past education history or economic status. We're excited to announce a new partnership between Anderson and ACE that will provide opportunities for our students to conduct research, help with database management, marketing, and more. Contact Kate at Career Services  (kwill07@unm.edu) for more information about these upcoming opportunities or for more information about this fantastic organization.
